There may be skills that need to be strengthened, lapses in working behavior and issues with performance output corrected at certain employees. Once this is assessed, these employees will be recommended for coaching. The coaches are usually the supervisors and managers. MUTUAL Girls Club , begun in 1964 by a group of Methodist women, has evolved into expanded five-day-a-week after-school activities and an all-day summer program with various activities for young girls in grades first through fifth and sixth through eighth. The club’s mission is to provide a safe environment for all girls to learn life skills, discover God-given talents, and experience the love of Jesus Christ. Girls may choose classes on life skills, games and activities, and educational support and learn about community needs and service opportunities. Awards can be earned through academics, service, and attendance. A modest fee is charged for enrolling. Tuesday House, a popular resale business created to produce revenue for the club, provides significant funding.
